A pair of Bruce McLaren Festival weekends will highlight the seventh season of the MSC New Zealand F5000 Tasman Cup Revival Series. The full schedule of events, listed below, includes six meetings, but expectations are that the two McLaren-honoring events and the yet-to-be-confirmed Australian Grand Prix support show will draw the largest entries.
In addition to the Tasman Revival’s usual healthy fields, the McLaren events should attract a number of heretofore unseen McLaren F5000 machines, especially freshly restored M10A and B models that were the most successful of the F5000 cars from Colnbrook, with multiple championships in the UK, USA, and New Zealand.
