The Registry devoted to the American-made sports racing cars from Bobsy has been rejuvenated with a new comprehensive website, www.BobsyRegistry.com. The site provides up-to-date information on the many Bobsy cars still in existence, with current and past ownership data supplemented by both photography and narrative documenting these unique racecars, their history, and current vintage racing participation.
The Registry seeks to be a clearinghouse for information on these unique aluminum tube frame and semi-monocoque racecars designed and built during the ’60s and ’70s by Jerry Mong at his Ohio race shop.
Additional information on all Bobsys is still being solicited by the Registry, so any input from current or past owners that will help complete the history of individual cars is encouraged and welcomed, as are pictures of current Bobsy sports racers. Please visit www.BobsyRegistry.com
