1939 Bugatti Type 57 C Coupe (chassis number 57835)
Chassis number 57835, the Mullin Automotive Museum displayed this Bugatti Type 57 C Coupe, one of the last vehicles built in 1939. The vehicle is in unaltered original condition and was, until recently, still in the family of the first owner. It has been driven at total of only 12,000 kilometres. One special feature of this car is the Vanvooren body by the Parisian coach builder of the same name. It is similar to the Atalante’s factory-built body but is a tailor-made “haute couture” special order which was produced only once and this makes the car very unique.
