Masters Historic Racing will close its 2016 European season with a weekend at a new circuit for Masters — Jarama. The Espiritu de Jarama scheduled for the weekend of October 14-16, promises to offer an action-packed, event both on and off the track!
The historic John Hugenholtz-designed circuit — once home of the Spanish Grand Prix — will host the final rounds of the year for the FIA Historic Formula One Championship (above, photo by Peter Collins) and the FIA Historic Sports Car championship, plus the last chance this season to showcase the Pre-66 GT and Touring cars of the Masters Three Hour series. Both the FIA Masters Sports Car Championship and Pre-Ground Effect classes of the FIA Masters Historic Formula One Championship are still to be decided.
