The Formula 5000 Drivers Association’s vintage racing schedule for 2010 builds on the success of the last two years by expanding its program to now include five events on both coasts of the U.S.
According to Seb Coppola, president of the Formula 5000 Drivers Association which organizes the F5000 racing activities in the U.S.: “I am thrilled to be able to announce another season of superb racing events at great race tracks in the U.S. Formula 5000 cars have competed at these historic race tracks since the late 1960s, sharing a common heritage.”
Coppola added: “Racing fans enjoy the sight and sound of Formula 5000 cars. As drivers, owners and participants, we are delighted to join with great event sponsors and race organizers to be able provide a great show for racing fans.”
