Millennium Highs & Lows

These are days of confusion. As I write this, there are either three days left in the Millennium or, depending upon which interpretation of the Gregorian calendar you subscribe to, a year and three days. And, if that’s not confusing enough, consider that I am writing this in December for the February issue, which you will read in January.

Does anybody really know what time it is?
