Motor Racing Archive

This month’s featured Web site was created by a British group of en­thusiasts dedicated to preserving the U.K.’s motor racing heritage. The MRA collects and preserves various forms of motor racing history, including photographs, programs, movies, audio recordings and magazines, and is available to research various topics of interest for en­thusiasts and historians.

MRA’s site includes a wide assortment of interesting information and trivia. Organized into numerous sections, the “Motor Racing” section features extensive results, tables and histories on a wide variety of topics, including circuits, drivers, events, marques, sound files and even a database that allows you to review significant racing anniversaries that oc­curred on any chosen day throughout the year (much like VRJ’s own “Time Cap­sule”).
