In 1938 Graham introduced its “Spirit of Motion” series. The swept forward fenders, wheel wells and grille gave the impression of speed and were critically acclaimed, even winning the prestigious Paris Concours d’Elegance. Sadly, despite the many design awards, sales were a failure.
