Ferrari Honored at 2014 HMSA Sommet des Legendes

Ferrari 312PB at Circuit Mont-TremblantFerrari will be the featured marque at the 2014 Sommet des Legendes historic car racing event, to be held July 11-13 at Circuit Mont-Tremblant in Canada. Historic Motor Sports Association (HMSA) will also celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the 2.65-mile, 15-turn road course situated in the Laurentian Mountains of Quebec.
The 2014 HMSA Sommet des Legendes will see production-based Ferrari race cars from the 1960s and 1970s such as the 250 GTO, 365 GTB/4 and BB/LM, participating with the cars that competed in the FIA Manufacturers Championship of Makes like the Testa Rossa, 250P series, 512 and the 312 series.
Along with Ferrari cars and a planned Ferrari-only race, the event will highlight all the groups within the HMSA classes from early Grand Prix cars, ’50s, ’60s and ’70s production and sports racers, in addition to some of the most recent historic cars like the Audi and Porsche that have competed and won at Le Mans and others.
Located in the picturesque Laurentian Mountains just 80 miles from Montreal, Quebec, Circuit Mont-Tremblant is regarded as one of the finest in North America. The nearby destination resort of Mont-Tremblant located is an alpine-style village featuring more than 100 restaurants and hotels, boutiques and nightly entertainment.
