The 14th annual Hilton Head Island Motoring Festival & Concours d’Elegance, scheduled to run from October 23 to November 1, has announced that for 2015 it will feature Chrysler. The historic Chrysler brand, now owned by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), will be represented by a wide range of vehicles celebrating the various marques produced by the manufacturer over the years, including Chrysler, Dodge, Plymouth, DeSoto and Imperial.
“We are excited to showcase such a large piece of American automotive manufacturing history,” said Carolyn Vanagel, president of the HHIMF. “and in turn, offer enthusiasts and collectors the opportunity to immerse themselves in the heritage of the iconic brand.”
In addition to Chrysler, the Motoring Festival will also celebrate 100 years of BMW, 75 years of Continental, 60 years of the Ford Thunderbird and 50 years of the Shelby Cobra. On Sunday, November 1, the Concours d’Elegance will feature special classes to honor these four significant milestones.
