Northern California’s Classic Sports Racing Group will kick off its 2016 season with the David Love Memorial Races at Sonoma Raceway on the weekend of April 1-3. The event’s featured marque this year is Triumph, and the race for the Kastner Cup, named after long time Triumph racer Kas Kastner, will be the highlight of the weekend.
Also on the schedule will be the CSRG Legacy Race Group, which has in the past included incredible historic machinery like Peter Giddings’ Alfa Monza, C-Type Jaguars, Ferrari Testa Rossas and more. Between 220-250 cars are expected to comprise the entry, which will be divided into eight or nine Race Groups. Tickets are available online through Sonoma Raceway, Groupon and LivingSocial.
