The Petersen Automotive Museum, in Los Angeles, California, is currently paying tribute to the cars and career of Carroll Shelby with a special exhibit entitled, “Carroll Shelby: A Life in the Fast Lane.” This new exhibit, which runs through March 28, features examples of every significant vehicle raced, built or directly influenced by Carroll Shelby, along with rare archival materials documenting his colorful career.
The exhibit begins with examples of cars Shelby personally raced in the ’50s, as well as examples of racing legends such as the Cobra, Daytona Coupe, GT40 and many others. For more information on this special exhibit, go to www.petersen.org
