The Circolo Veneto Automoto d’Epoca, building on the strength of its 55 years of experience, will once again organize “La Leggenda di Bassano – Trofeo Giannino Marzotto,” a regularity run for historical cars with free instrumentation that will take place at Bassano del Grappa on the weekend of June 22-25, 2017. The Italian event is unique in the international world of motorcar collectors, as it reunites enchanted locations, unique cars and extraordinary drivers. It is on the FIVA International Calendar and in the National Calendar of Car Events of the Automotoclub Storico Italiano
La Leggenda di Bassano is open to Competition-Sportscars of the Vintage, Post Vintage and Classic categories (built therefore between 1920 and 1960). The Organizing Committee reserves the right to allow in the event a few GT, GTS and Prototype cars built in the same period, as well as possible Post Classic and Modern cars that will, however, not compete for overall prizes.
All cars must have a FIVA Identity Card and/or the Certificato di Identità A.S.I. Cars not regularly road registered, or with just a temporary registration, will not be allowed into the race.
Among the prizes to be distributed will be: the overall Trofeo Giannino Marzotto alongg with “Tazio Nuvolari” watches donated by Eberhard; Trophies for the first 10 crews in the overall classification; the Club Trophy; the Trofeo Maria Teresa de Filippis for the top finishing crew of ladies; the Trofeo Museo dell’Automobile “Bonfanti-Vimar;” and the Trofeo Città di Bassano as well as special Surprise prizes.
