The 12th Annual La Jolla Concours d’Elegance will take place on the weekend of April 8-10, 2016, at Ellen Browning Scripps Park on La Jolla Cove, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The theme of the California event will be Celebrating French Curves, with well preserved and extravagantly styled examples of French automobiles on display.
The weekend will begin on Friday, April 8, with the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Contemporary Classic Cocktail Party, and continue with the annual Tour d’Elegance on Saturday, followed by the Aston Martin San Diego VIP Reception on the Concours lawn. The weekend will conclude with the La Jolla Concours d’Elegance itself on Sunday morning, with more than 150 spectacular vehicles, a palate-pleasing wine garden, a VIP Lounge and VIP Hospitality Suites. The traditional La Jolla Motor Car Classic at the Concours will once again expand the show onto local streets with a variety of automobiles on display free of charge and open to the public.
Proceeds from the event will go to the La Jolla Historical Society and the betterment of the Monarch School Project, which specifically educates students who have been impacted by homelessness. For complete information please visit www.lajollaconcours.com
