Graham at The Glen

This painting depicts Graham Hill and the BRM 261, which he drove to victory in the 1964 U.S. Grand Prix at Watkins Glen. This win was the second of his three straight U.S. GP wins. Among his many other accomplishments on the track were five Monaco G.P. wins, victories in both the Indianapolis 500 and the 24 Hours of Le Mans, as well as two F1 World Championships. One of the great drivers of his generation, Hill’s dashing looks epitomized the romantic image of a 1960s Grand Prix racer.
