The annual Autumn Italian Car Day has a new venue for 2005. It will be held at the Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon, Warwickshire on Sunday, September 11th 2005.
This autumn celebration will offer a huge variety of classic, historic and current cars from the major marques, including Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, plus Alfa Romeo, Lancia and Fiat and examples from the less common manufacturers and coachbuilders including De Tomaso, ISO, Autobianchi and Abarth.
More than a thousand Italian cars of all types are expected to be on display. Drivers of Italian cars will be invited to add their vehicle to the display, but you don’t have to drive an Italian car to enjoy the event—there’s free parking for everyone.
By special arrangement, visitors will be able to experience the Premier Automotive Group test track at Gaydon, used by Aston Martin and Jaguar for testing and development of their performance cars. This facility has been made exclusively available on this occasion.
In addition, all the family can enjoy the Heritage Motor Centre experience; the superb collection of historic British cars, the thrilling 4 x 4 off road course, fun on the kart track, nature trails, picnic and play areas and the miniature roadway for 3-to 7-year-olds.
