When Mallory Park was purchased, including the estate, in 1983, I cemented a long relationship with the circuit that went back to the 1950s. My first race was in 1957 with my first win on Whit Monday 1959 in an Elva Courier. The last race I won there was in 1983. During that time I experienced the widest spectrum of emotions, highlights and disappointments but one thing is for certain—it was always exciting and never dull on what has always been my favorite circuit.

We have come a long way since those first days, with development at Mallory accelerating since 1983 and providing better and better facilities at the track. To date this is represented by the new race control and pit building that also houses a hospitality suite. The Chris Meek Medical Center, The Meek Suite and many other improvements.
