Once upon a time, Rob Widdows and I ran a weekly motor racing program on radio. One person we felt we had to have on was Brian Henton, and I dreaded that because I had heard he was an arrogant bastard. He turned out to be one of the most pleasant guys I have met in any context.
Robin Herd has always put Henton as first equal with Niki Lauda as the best test driver he worked with.
