RM Sotheby’s topped the Amelia Island auction sweepstakes with a 98 percent sell-through rate and total sales of $60,360,050, including the biggest single-car sale of the weekend, a green 1960 Ferrari 400 Superamerica SWB Cabriolet by Pinin Farina (shown) that drew a high bid of $6,380,000. The money will benefit the seller’s foundation for educating children.
