Retromobile to Honor Rédélé

The 2014 edition of Salon Retromobile in Paris will honor passionate French enthusiast Jean Rédélé, whose Alpine cars are responsible for much racing history, with a showing of 15 cars from his collection. Among the Alpines on display will be: M63 from 1963 when it contested the Charade 1,000 Kilometers and the Sebring 12 Hours; M64, which tackled the Reims 12 Hours and the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1964; and the A210 that raced four times at Le Mans beginning in 1966.

Foremost of the roadcars is a quartet of A110 models with Tour de Corse histories. These road and racing machines will be shown to the public for the first time, along with various previously unseen items from the Alpine racing division, such as bodywork molds, wind tunnel models, Gordini engines, trophies, and so forth.
