The Quail Motorsports Gathering 2015 will be held Friday, August 14th at the Quail Lodge Golf Club in Carmel, California. Similar to previous years, the 13th annual event will offer interesting and important automobiles and motorcycles displayed in a garden-party setting.

The 2015 edition of the Quail will honor Long Tail Cars of Le Mans, Coachbuilt Ferraris and Iconic Pre-1965 Porsches, in addition to the traditional classes that include Pre- and Post-War Sports and Racing, Supercars, Sports and Racing Motorcycles and Great Ferraris.

Bonhams will return for their 18th annual motor car auction, which is held in conjunction with the event. In 2014, Bonhams auctioned off $108 million in automobiles during the event, including the Ferrari 250 GTO that set the world record for the most valuable car ever sold at auction.

Last year’s event honored 100 years of Maserati, Competition Mustangs and Rock ‘n’ Roll. The Rolex Best of Show at the 2014 Quail was awarded to Tom Price’s 1938 Talbot-Lago T150 C SS by Figoni and Falaschi.

Tickets to the 2015 Quail, A Motorsports Gathering are $600 per person and include admission to the event, wine tasting, fine cuisine, a collectible poster and magazine, live musical entertainment and parking. Tickets to this year’s event are sold out; however access to the Bonhams Quail Lodge Auction is still available.
