A trio of classic British racing circuits will tremble to the roar of Can-Am Thunder this summer as Masters Historic Racing celebrates the 50th Anniversary of the fabled unlimited racing series by staging revival meetings at the Masters Historic Festivals on the Brand Hatch Grand Prix circuit on May 28-29, and at Donington Park on July 2-3, as well as the Silverstone Classic on July 29-31. Along with the Can-Am grids, which will include Interserie cars, Masters will also include classes for prototype cars from the late ’60s and ’70s
Additionally, a further race opportunity for Can-Am cars, at Hockenheim’s Jim Clark Revival on April 15-17, is being organized by Peter Schleifer. Peter may be contacted at [email protected]
With a similar string of tribute events taking place in North America, this summer promises to be a busy one for devotees of Can-Am racing. Full details of the Masters program may be found by visiting www.mastershistoricracing.com
