The inaugural Ramapo Concours d’Elegance will take place Saturday, June 6, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the campus of Ramapo College in Mahwah, New Jersey. The event will benefit both Ramapo College and the Hackensack University Medical Center Foundation. Admission is free, but parking is $10. Free health screenings will be offered from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. by Hackensack University Medical Center personnel. Ramapo College will also be hosting campus tours and an art exhibition, with a luncheon barbeque available for $15. The Concours will celebrate the art and engineering of significant cars by select marques from the collections of local and regional collectors: British, pre-1964; Cobra-Powered; Ford Thunderbird; Italian; Jaguar, pre-1968; Lincoln and Lincoln Continental; Mercedes-Benz SL, pre-1971; Microcars; air-cooled Porsche and air-cooled Volkswagen.
On Sunday, June 7, an early morning Concours Drive will gather participants at Ramapo College at 9:30 a.m. for breakfast followed by a scenic drive to the Mohonk Mountain House and a fully catered lunch.
