Eagle chassis 102, the first Gurney-Weslake V12-powered example of Dan Gurney’s All American Racers’ Formula One Eagles, and the car with which Gurney won the 1967 Race of Champions at Brands Hatch, will be offered at auction this year at Pebble Beach. The 1966 Eagle Mark 1 is the second of the four F1 Eagles constructed by AAR, and was also driven in World Championship competition by Bob Bondurant and Bruce McLaren. It has been owned and vintage-raced in recent years by Dr. Lou Sellyei.
