From the famed display at the historic Fairmont Hotel on San Francisco’s Nob Hill to its conclusion at the Solage Calistoga in Sonoma’s wine country, the twenty-third running of the California Mille promises to continue to live up to its reputation as one of the finest driving experiences in the world. Presented by the Amici Americani della Mille Miglia, the California Mille will traverse across little known back roads and pass through a collection of time capsule towns as it winds across California Gold Country to Lake Tahoe and the best parts of Nevada. Featuring cars truly befitting the event’s namesake, organizer Martin Swig has built a worldwide reputation for putting on first-class events on world-class roads. The display on Mason Street is on April 29 with the event starting across the Golden Gate Bridge the following day before finishing in Sonoma County on May 4.
