Very nice images; can you please correct the caption for Richard Attwood. The MK I GT40 he was driving is chassis 1049 that Jacky Ickx and Dr Dick Thompson drove in 1967 to a first in class , sixth place overall Daytona 24 hr. This car was Grady Davis (Gulf Oil VP)personal car and considered the first Gulf GT 40.
This car is part of the Collier Collection and was entered by The Revs Institute in Naples , FL.
Revs also brought its Lotus 23 for Dave Handy to drive.
Mr Holman may have brought a GT40 for show, if so, likely a MKII B.
