Sports Car Digest loves a good scuffle. We especially like those involving F1 cars on the razor’s edge, and the 2007 Japanese Grand Prix hosted a great last lap scrap between Ferrari driver Felipe Massa and BMW driver Robert Kubica. Watch the videos below and you’ll soon agree.
The race itself is remembered for the torrential rainfall, which forced the FIA to start the race under the safety car for the first 19 laps. Once underway, the rain continued to make a mess of things, but Lewis Hamilton handled it well as he set fastest lap and won the race.
