What are the ingredients for a good rally? Breathtaking scenic roads, unique cars and great people, but also some surprises and the “Wow”effect! The Indochina Road Classic had it all.
The variety of vehicles made it a real cruising museum, with 21 cars and two motorcycles. From the oldest, the 1932 Rolls-Royce Phantom II, we had a 1933 Lagonda, 1935 Bentley Darby, and our red 1948 Allard, we continued with the two BMW motorcycles from 1951 and 1953, followed by a Bentley MK6, a Jaguar XK140, a Ford Thunderbird, a Mustang, four Mercedes Pagoda and a Mercedes 280SE, Volvo 142, Sunbeam Tiger, Porsche 911 Targa, and two BMW 2002 and a 1602… agreat crowd.
