Whew! Is it me or is it getting hot in here? As I alluded to last month, I wanted to wait until after Amelia Island to take a closer look at what the market appears to be doing this year. As I suspected, it seems to be on a remarkable tear. However, the deeper question on everyone’s lips seems to be what is driving it and how long will it last?
