London fashion designer Simon Carter spends his work days designing all types of sophisticated, high quality men’s clothing, particularly shirts. He first started in the mid-1980s designing jewelry—which is still very much a part of his accessory range today—but now includes watches and luggage. Although his main shop is situated in Mayfair, his range of products is tailored mostly for the middle class, aimed to appeal to those who appreciate great design. Carter’s passion for design includes his love of cars. VR’s European Editor, Mike Jiggle, caught up with him at the recent Chateau Impney Hillclimb where they spoke about design and cars.
