Here in Britain, the biggest story on the motoring scene is the upcoming change of the number plate system. Believe me, this is real excitement. Number plates are big here.
If you see a car with no number plates surrounded by police cars and motorcycles, there can be only two reasons. If there are sirens and lots of squealing tires, then someone has just stolen the car from a showroom. If all is proceeding in an orderly fashion, then it is the Queen (a German lady who landed lucky).
