Mecum Auctions is expanding to Texas with the addition of a new Dallas Auction, scheduled to be held October 7-8, 2011 at the Dallas Convention Center.
“The past few years have marked exciting growth for Mecum Auctions as we have successfully expanded across the country with new auction locations, more days at each event, and increasing car counts to best serve our customers,” said Dana Mecum.
“There has been a high demand from enthusiasts and collectors to come to Texas, and we look forward to adding this event to our annual schedule.”
Mecum Auctions plans to offer 600 classic and collector cars during the two-day event. The auction will be broadcast nationally on the television series “Mecum Auto Auction: Muscle Cars & More” airing on Discovery Communications HD Theater.
