Is the world really hankering for a return of the Borgward?
I see a lot of automotive press releases, every single day. Eight times out of ten, they are about something fairly mundane or of no interest to those of us in the classic car world. However, every once in a great while, I’ll see one that I first gloss over and then an hour or so later, go huh?
Such was the case when I saw the announcement that 54-years-dead German auto manufacturer Borgward would spring back to life, beginning with a press conference at this year’s Geneva Auto Show.
