On October 18-19, Paris was awash with more than 17,000 classic car enthusiasts and more than 3,000 vehicles that took part in the 14th annual Automedon classic car and bike show. This year’s theme was “Competition and Performance,” and the featured display included everything from a 1967 Ford GT40 to a 1939 Mercedes-Benz W154 and a 2003 Pescarolo C 60. These were supplemented by a historic collection of 14 significant Deutsch Bonnet cars, as well as 80 examples of British motorcycles spanning from 1928 to 1980, and a host of other rare and unique vehicles.
However, the featured displays were dwarfed by the over 3,000 vehicles brought to the vintage car-park display and the more than 2,000 motorcycles on display in the “Motorama.”
