The Modena Trackdays 2013 will be staged on July 30-31 at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium. The Ferrari-focused event will see 200 classic cars and more than 20 Formula 1 entrants contest the famed 4.352-mile, 20-turn track in the Ardennes.
Since 1993, Modena Trackdays has been held every other year on the race tracks of Nürburgring and Spa-Francorchamps, coordinated by Modena Motorsport of Germany. The combination of the Scuderia Ferrari F1 in action and the collection of historical cultural assets, enhanced by driving greats such as Jacky Ickx and Niki Lauda makes the event one to remember. And at the end of Modena Trackdays 2013 a panel of judges will choose the most beautiful cars during the Concours d’Elegance.
And even though the Modena Trackdays is primarily a Ferrari-only event, the 2011 running also included a Maserati 250F, Maserati 300S, Ford GT40 Mk II, Alfa Romeo TZ, McLaren F1 GTR, Porsche 908/3, Audi R8 driven by Jacky Ickx, among others. (See 2011 Modena Trackdays – Photo Gallery)
