The Friends of Triumph (FOT) and the MG Racers Group have announced that both will come together at HSR’s “Walter Mitty” event, April 28–May 1, for the MG-Triumph Challenge. This year’s Mitty at Georgia’s Road Atlanta will play host to both the national gatherings of the MG racer’s annual “Focus Event” and the Friends of Triumph to create one of the largest competition gatherings of British sports cars to be found anywhere in the country. Central to this meeting will be an MG-Triumph Challenge—similar to that held at Mid-Ohio in 1999—that will pit the two marques against each other in several dedicated races and classes.
