Chip Starr is no stranger to automotive archeology. He grew up in St. Helens, a quaint little suburb of Portland, Oregon, surrounded by astonishing car-finds. His parents owned an auto parts shop and their customers kept the Starr family unendingly informed of wonderful cars-in-hiding. Chip’s father was also an astute accumulator with vast knowledge of the collector car world. It was therefore inevitable that Chip would chose a life filled with exciting cars.
