The National Automobile Museum, The Harrah Collection, has raffled 14 cars and generated $295,000 in proceeds to benefit the Museum over the years, with the winning ticket drawn at the anniversary party held each November at the Museum in Reno, Nevada.
The 2009 raffle car winner is a former Reno resident who has since moved to Louisiana. He was visiting his family in Reno when he bought 40 tickets for $20 just three months before the drawing for the 1992 Corvette. One of those 20 tickets was the lucky winner.
