The 2012 running of the Le Mans Classic was a wonderful representation of reuniting many historic race cars with the tracks that made the famous. The sixth edition of the event that hosted hundreds of historic cars at the venue of the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans endurance race is one of the premier vintage car racing events in the world.

Thoroughly interesting perspective on this great event. Many thanks for sharing.
Picture 142 of Le Mans Behind the scenes is of a 1954 Kieft MG driven by well known french classic car dealer and connoisseur Christophe Pund. This car has 3 front seats!
Many thanks for responding to our “need this car” caption for this beautiful car. We’ve updated the photo.
Most of the cars pictured in all these races are cars from the 60’s on or from the early days. Seldom do I see cars from the 50’s. I almost never see an Allard even though I know they were there—Why???
More Ferrari 330 P3/4s please.
