Historic Formula Junior racing in Britain and Europe has steadily grown over the past decade in both the total number of events and in their prestige. With fields at such events as Monaco, Goodwood, and Porto, F.Jr. has regained a level of interest in Europe not seen since its heyday in the early ’60s. The lion’s share of the credit for this resurgence can be attributed to the Formula Junior Historic Racing Association and its ever-enthusiastic leader Duncan Rabagliati.
This month’s featured Web site is the official site of the Formula Junior Historic Racing Association, which in addition to serving as a historical resource for owners, also organizes most of the F.Jr. races in Europe. This site encompasses a wide variety of features of interest to F.Jr. competitors and enthusiasts including: a database of known F.Jr. manufacturers, many with photos and history; calendar of events; race registration forms; race results; club newsletter; breaking F.Jr. news; circuit information; photos from past events; cars and parts for sale; and relevant links. This is a fantastic resource for any Formula Junior racer or enthusiast.
