The 2015 International Motor Racing Research Center Award Dinner will honor Richard Petty with the Cameron R. Argetsinger Award for outstanding contributions to motorsports. The dinner will be held August 6, 2015 at the Corning Museum of Glass, One Museum Way, Corning, N.Y.
“King” Richard is, of course, NASCAR’s most successful driver, with a record 200 career victories, seven Cup championships and seven Daytona 500 victories, and this Thursday evening dinner will open NASCAR’s annual weekend visit to the Watkins Glen circuit.
