Estoril, a name that may feel familiar to older fans of Formula One, but a name that has been markedly absent from the forefront of international motorsport in recent years. Host to the Formula One Portuguese Grand Prix from 1984 through until 1996, this spectacular track serves up a wonderful blend of high speed straights, fast flowing corners, challenging undulations and an array of spectacular backdrops.

The Autodromo do Estoril is a short hop from the city of Lisbon, just north of the stunning coastal region of Cascais, where the warm mediterranean climate offers sublime racing conditions for October, whilst the flora in this region, where Pampas grass grows wild, presents an interesting scenic stage for a weekend of historic racing.
